The Thankful Tree : Free Printables
If you want to add some rustic meaningful décor to your Thanksgiving day then try the thankful tree. This is a great way to get the children involved and teach them the meaning of the holiday season.
Gather branches in the woods.
I used a large Mason jar for this project. Coat the inside with brown paint (or whatever color you’d like) turn it upside down and allow the paint to drain out. Let it dry for at least 24 hrs.
Using a craft punch make your ‘tags’ onto colored cardstock.
We used various sized punches, with the larger tags being things we are most thankful for. Punch a hole and loop through some twine/string. Hang and enjoy!
