Amanda Baity has more than seven years of print & digital magazine experience. As a wedding photographer in the metro Atlanta area for many years, she is familiar with marketing to clients, working with wedding vendors and operating a successful business. Her wedding photography is what pointed her into the magazine industry, having been published on the cover of a local publication. Quickly hired as their exclusive photographer, she became more involved with magazine production as a whole.
In her early work career, she was Controller for a multi-million dollar corporation in Atlanta as she attended college. While finishing her Masters in Vision Science from University of Alabama at Birmingham she worked as a family service worker for the Department of Health & Human Services Head Start Program. After graduation she pursued her career in media she held numerous positions with three local publications in East Alabama.
Today, she is Director of Operations & Photo Editor of Prince William Living and Brides & Weddings. Managing numerous photographers, selecting images for print and promoting her staff is just a small part of her photo editor duties.

at Semper K9. They co-founded Semper K9 in 2014.
Amanda is also co-founder and Director of Operations for local nonprofit Semper K9 Assistance Dogs. She is also on the Board of Directors for Give Back Prince William and the Northern Virginia Veterans Association. She currently lives in Manassas with her Husband, four children and their house full of service dogs in training. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking and crafting and you can read her article in Prince William Living each month.
