china legs

so this blog will not have any sarcasm in it....maybe

this is my most recent craft project. i saw an edible idea on martha stewart a while back but, me being the craft whore that i am, i always try to put my own spin on things.

here is a china plate i got for .25 cents at the thrift store.

i cut an image out of vinyl and strategically placed it onto the plate.

i decided to use gold pray paint for this one.

i sprayed the plate twice

i let it dry well and pulled the vinyl off.....viola! beautimous!

i added a coat of clear gloss to give it extra shine.

im prob gonna make this a mothers day gift to SOS!

i will be posting new pics of other plates i make. i have several different ideas for designs. :)
